Whether you’re headed to a medical appointment, work, the grocery store, a community event, or anywhere else within our service area, we’re here to help you get there. Catch-A-Ride is available to anyone, for any purpose. Our wheelchair-accessible vehicles and trained, caring drivers provide safe, reliable transportation for every passenger. Fares can be paid with cash or Medicaid may cover qualifying Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). You can also pre-pay your fare online for added convenience—just click below to get started

Rides are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, so call as early as possible (up to 30 days in advance). Call center hours are from 7am to 5pm.
First time callers will be asked a few general questions, so that we can setup an account for you. This only takes a few minutes.

Individuals needing a service accommodation or modification should notify Catch-A-Ride of the request when making a reservation.
